  • 1 whole turkey 10–12 lbs
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tsp dried thyme
  • 2 tsp dried rosemary
  • 4 cups mashed potatoes
  • 2 cups fresh green beans
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup butter
  • 2 cups stuffing mix
  • 1 cup cranberry sauce
  • 2 cups dinner rolls
  • 1 pumpkin pie
  • 1 apple pie
  • 1 glazed ham optional

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Rub turkey with olive oil garlic salt pepper thyme and rosemary.
  3. Roast turkey for about 13–15 minutes per pound until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
  4. Prepare mashed potatoes with butter cream salt and pepper.
  5. Bake stuffing according to package directions.
  6. Steam green beans until tender crisp.
  7. Warm dinner rolls in oven for 5–7 minutes.
  8. Glaze ham and bake if using.
  9. Let turkey rest 20 minutes before carving.
  10. Serve with cranberry sauce pies and all sides.
