Ingredients
  

  • Cream cheese softened 2 cups
  • Granulated sugar 1 cup
  • Heavy cream 1 cup
  • Vanilla extract 2 teaspoons
  • All-purpose flour 1 ½ cups
  • Unsweetened cocoa powder ¼ cup
  • Eggs 3 large
  • Unsalted butter melted ½ cup
  • Crushed biscuits or graham crackers 1 cup
  • Fresh strawberries 1 cup sliced
  • Blueberries ½ cup
  • Chocolate chips ½ cup
  • Powdered sugar ½ cup
  • Mini tart shells 12 pieces
  • Whipped cream 1 cup

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a mini muffin tray.
  2. Mix crushed biscuits with melted butter and press into mini molds for crust.
  3. Beat cream cheese, sugar, eggs, and vanilla until smooth for cheesecake filling.
  4. Pour filling over crust and bake 12–15 minutes then cool completely.
  5. Prepare brownie batter using flour, cocoa powder, sugar, butter, and eggs then bake in mini molds for 15–18 minutes.
  6. Fill mini tart shells with whipped cream or cheesecake mixture.
  7. Top desserts with strawberries, blueberries, chocolate chips, or powdered sugar.
  8. Chill mini desserts for at least 30 minutes before serving.
  9. Decorate creatively for an extra cute presentation.
  10. Serve fresh and enjoy these bite-sized sweet delights.
