Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 tbsp almond flour
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 egg white

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix shredded cheese, almond flour, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  3. Stir in egg white until a dough forms.
  4. Roll the dough between parchment paper to 1/8-inch thickness.
  5. Cut into small squares or desired shapes.
  6. Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  7. Bake for 10–12 minutes until golden and crispy.
  8. Cool completely before serving for maximum crunch.

Store in an airtight container for up to 5 days to maintain crispiness.
