Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a loaf pan with parchment paper.
- Whisk almond flour, coconut flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a bowl.
- Beat eggs separately, then mix in melted butter and apple cider vinegar.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients until smooth.
- Pour batter into prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.
- Bake 35–40 minutes until golden and a toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool completely before slicing.
Notes
Use fine blanched almond flour for best texture; do not overmix the batter; allow bread to cool fully before slicing to prevent crumbling; store in refrigerator up to 5 days or freeze slices for later; toast before serving for best flavor and texture.
