Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups almond flour 200 g
  • 2 large eggs 100 g
  • 1/4 cup milk 60 ml
  • 2 tbsp melted butter or coconut oil 30 g
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup or honey 20 g
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract 5 ml
  • 1 tsp baking powder 5 g
  • 1 pinch salt 1 g

Method
 

  1. Preheat the waffle iron and lightly grease it with butter or cooking spray.
  2. In a bowl whisk together almond flour, baking powder, and salt until evenly combined.
  3. In another bowl whisk eggs, milk, melted butter, maple syrup, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix gently until a thick batter forms.
  5. Scoop batter onto the hot waffle iron and spread slightly if needed.
  6. Cook for about 3–4 minutes until the waffles turn golden brown and crispy.
  7. Carefully remove the waffles and serve warm with your favorite toppings.

Notes

Use finely ground almond flour for the best waffle texture.
If the batter feels too thick add a tablespoon of milk.
Do not open the waffle iron too early or the waffles may break apart.
Serve immediately for the crispiest waffles.
