Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Biscoff cookie butter
  • ½ cup crushed Biscoff cookies
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ½ cup melted chocolate for coating
  • Sprinkles or crushed cookies for garnish optional

Method
 

  1. Mix cookie butter, crushed cookies, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract in a bowl until combined.
  2. Roll the mixture into small balls using your hands.
  3. Place truffles on a parchment-lined tray and chill in the fridge for 30 minutes.
  4. Dip chilled truffles into melted chocolate and place back on the tray.
  5. Decorate with sprinkles or crushed cookies if desired.
  6. Chill again until chocolate is set, then serve.

Notes

Use room temperature cookie butter for easier mixing.
Chill truffles before coating for best results.
Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 week.
Adjust powdered sugar for the sweetness preference.
Perfect for making ahead of time for parties or gifts.
