Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb 450g chicken wings
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish
  • Lemon wedges for serving

Method
 

  1. Pat chicken wings dry and place in a large bowl.
  2. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle Cajun seasoning, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Toss wings until evenly coated with spices.
  4. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  5. Grill wings for 10–12 minutes per side, turning occasionally, until fully cooked and charred.
  6. Remove from grill and let rest for 5 minutes.
  7. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve with lemon wedges.

Notes

Adjust Cajun seasoning to control spiciness.
For extra crispiness, broil in the oven for 2–3 minutes after grilling.
Can also be baked at 400°F (200°C) for 25–30 minutes.
Leftover wings can be stored in the fridge for 2 days.
Serve immediately for best flavor and texture.
