- Pat chicken wings dry and place in a large bowl.
- Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle Cajun seasoning, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Toss wings until evenly coated with spices.
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
- Grill wings for 10–12 minutes per side, turning occasionally, until fully cooked and charred.
- Remove from grill and let rest for 5 minutes.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve with lemon wedges.

Adjust Cajun seasoning to control spiciness.
For extra crispiness, broil in the oven for 2–3 minutes after grilling.
