Method
- Season shredded chicken with salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and add a little butter or oil.
- Place one tortilla in the pan and sprinkle cheese evenly over half.
- Add seasoned chicken on top of the cheese.
- Sprinkle a little more cheese over the chicken.
- Fold the tortilla in half and press gently.
- Cook 2–3 minutes per side until golden brown and crispy.
- Remove from pan and let rest for 1 minute.
- Slice into wedges and serve warm.
Notes
- Use rotisserie chicken for quicker preparation.
- Cook on medium heat to prevent burning while melting cheese.
- Add bell peppers or jalapeños for extra flavor.
- Serve with salsa, sour cream, or guacamole.
