Ingredients
  

  • 200 g dark chocolate chopped
  • 3/4 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips or chunks

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8-inch square pan with parchment paper.
  2. Melt dark chocolate and butter together until smooth and glossy.
  3. Whisk in granulated sugar and brown sugar while mixture is warm.
  4. Add eggs one at a time, whisking well after each; stir in vanilla extract.
  5. Sift in flour, cocoa powder, and salt; fold gently until just combined.
  6. Fold in chocolate chips or chunks evenly.
  7. Spread batter evenly in the pan and tap lightly to remove air bubbles.
  8. Bake 20–25 minutes until edges are set and center is slightly soft.
  9. Cool completely in pan before slicing, or chill for denser texture.
