Ingredients

  • 4 flour tortillas soft taco size,
  • 3 tbsp melted butter
  • ¼ cup granulated sugar
  • tsp ground cinnamon
  • pinch of salt optional

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Brush both sides of tortillas lightly with melted butter.
  3. Mix sugar, cinnamon, and salt in a small bowl.
  4. Sprinkle cinnamon sugar generously over tortillas on both sides.
  5. Cut tortillas into triangles using a knife or pizza cutter.
  6. Arrange in a single layer on baking sheet without overlapping.
  7. Bake for 8–12 minutes until golden and crispy.
  8. Cool completely before serving to allow chips to crisp fully.

Notes

Do not overcrowd the tray or chips will steam instead of crisp; for extra crunch, bake 1–2 minutes longer while watching closely; store in an airtight container up to 3 days; serve with fruit salsa, chocolate sauce, or caramel dip.
