Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Brush both sides of tortillas lightly with melted butter.
- Mix sugar, cinnamon, and salt in a small bowl.
- Sprinkle cinnamon sugar generously over tortillas on both sides.
- Cut tortillas into triangles using a knife or pizza cutter.
- Arrange in a single layer on baking sheet without overlapping.
- Bake for 8–12 minutes until golden and crispy.
- Cool completely before serving to allow chips to crisp fully.
Notes
Do not overcrowd the tray or chips will steam instead of crisp; for extra crunch, bake 1–2 minutes longer while watching closely; store in an airtight container up to 3 days; serve with fruit salsa, chocolate sauce, or caramel dip.
