  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 cup sugar-free buffalo sauce
  • 2 tbsp melted butter

  • Celery sticks for serving

Method
 

  1. Pat chicken wings completely dry with paper towels

  3. Toss wings with baking powder salt pepper garlic powder and paprika
  4. Arrange wings in a single layer on the rack
  5. Bake for 40 minutes flipping halfway until crispy and golden
  6. Mix buffalo sauce with melted butter in a bowl
  7. Toss hot wings in buffalo sauce mixture until evenly coated
  8. Serve immediately with dressing and celery sticks
