- Coat the chicken thoroughly in the almond flour mixture.
- Heat oil in a deep pan over medium heat.
- Fry the chicken pieces for about 8–10 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through.
- Remove and place on a rack or paper towels to drain excess oil.
- Serve hot and crispy.
