This Decadent Strawberry Earthquake Cake is a rich, gooey dessert packed with sweet strawberries, creamy swirls, and bursts of flavor in every bite. Ingredients
  

  • Strawberry cake mix 1 box
  • Eggs 3 large
  • Vegetable oil ½ cup
  • Water 1 cup
  • Cream cheese 8 oz, softened
  • Powdered sugar 2 cups
  • Unsalted butter ½ cup, melted
  • Fresh strawberries 1 cup, chopped
  • White chocolate chips ½ cup

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13 baking dish.
  2. Prepare cake mix with eggs, oil, and water as directed and pour into dish.
  3. In a bowl mix cream cheese, melted butter, and powdered sugar until smooth.
  4. Drop spoonfuls of cream cheese mixture over batter and gently swirl.
  5. Sprinkle chopped strawberries and white chocolate chips on top.
  6. Bake for 40–45 minutes until center is set but slightly gooey.
  7. Cool before slicing and serving.

Notes

Do not overmix the cream cheese swirl for the best “earthquake” effect.
Use fresh strawberries for the best flavor, but frozen (thawed and drained) also works.
Store leftovers covered inthe refrigerator for up to 4 days.
Serve slightly warm for extra gooey texture.
