  • 6 slices bacon
  • 4 large eggs
  • 2 tablespoons heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley optional

Method
 

  1. Heat a large skillet over medium heat and cook bacon until crispy.
  2. Remove bacon and set aside, leaving some bacon fat in the skillet.
  3. Add butter to the skillet if needed and reduce heat to medium-low.
  4. Crack eggs into the skillet and cook to your preferred doneness.
  5. Drizzle heavy cream evenly around the eggs.
  6. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the eggs.
  7. Cover the skillet and cook until cheese melts.
  8. Crumble bacon over the top.
  9. Season with salt and black pepper.
  10. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot.

Cook eggs on low heat for creamy yolks.
Use turkey bacon for a lighter option.
