- Remove bacon and set aside, leaving some bacon fat in the skillet.
- Add butter to the skillet if needed and reduce heat to medium-low.
- Crack eggs into the skillet and cook to your preferred doneness.
- Drizzle heavy cream evenly around the eggs.
- Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the eggs.
- Cover the skillet and cook until cheese melts.
- Crumble bacon over the top.
- Season with salt and black pepper.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot.
Notes
Cook eggs on low heat for creamy yolks.
Use turkey bacon for a lighter option.
