- Add rolled oats to a jar or bowl.
- Pour in milk and Greek yogurt.
- Stir in chia seeds, honey, and vanilla extract.
- Mix everything well until combined.
- Cover and refrigerate overnight or for at least 4 hours.
- In the morning, stir and top with fresh fruits and nuts before serving.
Notes
- Use plant-based milk and yogurt for a vegan version.
- Adjust sweetness according to taste preference.
- Add cocoa powder or peanut butter for flavor variations.
- Oats can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
- If too thick, add a splash of milk before serving.
