Ingredients
  

  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
  • Lemon slices for garnish

Method
 

  1. Pat chicken breasts dry with paper towels.
  2. Season both sides with salt, pepper, and paprika.
  3. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  4. Sear chicken for 5-6 minutes per side until golden brown.
  5. Remove chicken and set aside.
  6. In the same skillet sauté garlic for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  7. Add chicken broth, lemon juice, and lemon zest and simmer for 3-4 minutes.
  8. Stir in butter and return chicken to the skillet.
  9. Simmer for 5-7 minutes until chicken is cooked through.
  10. Garnish with parsley and lemon slices before serving.
