Ingredients
  

  • 6 cups tortilla chips
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup sliced jalapeños
  • 1/4 cup sliced black olives
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup guacamole

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook ground beef in a skillet until browned; add taco seasoning.
  3. Spread tortilla chips on a large baking sheet.
  4. Sprinkle cooked beef evenly over chips.
  5. Top with shredded cheddar and Monterey Jack cheese.
  6. Add diced tomatoes, jalapeños, and black olives.
  7. Bake for 10–15 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  8. Remove from oven and sprinkle with chopped green onions.
  9. Serve immediately with sour cream and guacamole on the side.
