Ingredients
  

  • 1 prepared graham cracker pie crust
  • 1 can 14 oz sweetened condensed milk
  • ½ cup frozen lemonade concentrate thawed
  • 1 container 8 oz whipped topping (like Cool Whip)
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest optional
  • Lemon slices for garnish optional

Method
 

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together sweetened condensed milk and thawed lemonade concentrate until smooth.
  2. Fold in whipped topping gently until the mixture becomes light and fluffy.
  3. Add lemon zest if using and mix lightly.
  4. Pour the filling into the prepared graham cracker crust and smooth the top.
  5. Cover and place the pie in the freezer for at least 4 hours or until firm.
  6. Slice and serve frozen with lemon slices for garnish.

Notes

Use thawed lemonade concentrate so it blends smoothly.
Freeze the pie overnight for the best texture.
Let the pie sit at room temperature for 5 minutes before slicing.
Store leftovers covered in the freezer for up to 1 week.
You can add fresh berries on top for extra flavor and color.
