Method
 

  1. Wash and dry grapes thoroughly.
  2. In a small bowl, mix cream cheese with powdered sugar and vanilla until smooth.
  3. Use a small spoon or piping bag to coat each grape evenly with cream cheese.
  4. Roll coated grapes in chopped nuts or shredded coconut if desired.
  5. Place on a tray and chill in the refrigerator for 10–15 minutes before serving.
