Method
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat and lightly oil the grill grates.
- Pat the tuna steaks dry using paper towels.
- Brush tuna steaks evenly with olive oil.
- Season both sides with sea salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
- Drizzle lemon juice lightly over the steaks.
- Place tuna steaks on the hot grill carefully.
- Grill for 2–3 minutes on the first side without moving them.
- Flip the steaks gently using tongs.
- Grill the second side for another 2–3 minutes until the outside is seared and the centre remains slightly pink.
- Remove tuna from the grill and let it rest for 2 minutes.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve with fresh lemon wedges.

• Use sushi-grade or very fresh tuna for the best flavour and texture.
• Avoid overcooking or the tuna may become dry and tough.
• A cast-iron skillet can replace a grill if needed.
