Ingredients
  

  • Cream cheese — 200g
  • Boiled chickpeas — 150g
  • Plain yogurt — 120g
  • Mayonnaise — 80g
  • Olive oil — 30ml
  • Garlic cloves minced — 10g
  • Fresh parsley chopped — 15g
  • Lemon juice — 20ml
  • Salt — 5g
  • Black pepper — 3g
  • Paprika powder — 4g
  • Honey — 15g

Method
 

  1. Add cream cheese and yogurt to a mixing bowl and whisk until smooth.
  2. Blend boiled chickpeas with olive oil and lemon juice until creamy.
  3. Mix mayonnaise, garlic, salt, black pepper, and paprika into the base mixture.
  4. Fold in chopped parsley and honey for balanced flavor.
  5. Taste and adjust seasoning as needed.
  6. Transfer spreads into airtight containers and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
