Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Place sugar cones in a muffin tin to keep upright.
- Mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
- Add milk, melted butter, and vanilla; stir until smooth.
- Fill each cone about 2/3 full with batter.
- Bake for 15–18 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool completely before frosting.
- Top with frosting and sprinkles.
