- Cut potatoes into even sticks and soak in cold water for 20 minutes.
- Drain and pat dry thoroughly with a towel.
- Toss potatoes in olive oil and seasonings.
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Place potatoes in air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 15–20 minutes, shaking basket halfway through.
- Remove when golden and crispy. Serve immediately.
