Ingredients
  

  • 2 salmon fillets 6 oz each
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • Optional: lemon wedges and fresh herbs for garnish

Method
 

  1. Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Brush salmon with olive oil and season with spices.
  3. Place fillets in air fryer basket skin-side down.
  4. Cook for 10 minutes until crispy and cooked through.
  5. Check internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
  6. Remove, rest for 2 minutes, and garnish with lemon and herbs.
