Ingredients
  

  • 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • ¼ cup chicken broth
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • Optional: fresh parsley for garnish

Method
 

  1. Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and paprika.
  2. Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat and cook chicken until golden and cooked through.
  3. Remove chicken and set aside.
  4. Add garlic to the skillet and sauté for 1–2 minutes.
  5. Stir in heavy cream and chicken broth, simmering until slightly thickened.
  6. Return chicken to skillet and coat with sauce.
  7. Garnish with parsley and serve hot.

Notes

  • Don’t overcook the chicken to keep it juicy.
  • Adjust garlic and cream to taste.
  • Perfect served with rice, pasta, or crusty bread.
