Ingredients
  

  • 2 keto-friendly buns
  • 2 beef patties 6 oz each
  • 2 slices cheddar cheese
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/4 cup sliced pickles
  • 2 leaves romaine lettuce
  • 1 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Preheat a skillet over medium heat and add olive oil.
  2. Season beef patties with salt and pepper.
  3. Cook patties 4-5 mins per side until desired doneness.
  4. Place a slice of cheddar on each patty and cover to melt.
  5. Toast keto buns lightly in a separate pan.
  6. Spread mayonnaise and mustard on buns.
  7. Assemble burgers with lettuce, patties, and pickles.
  8. Serve immediately while hot and cheesy.
