Method
- Preheat a skillet over medium heat and add olive oil.
- Season beef patties with salt and pepper.
- Cook patties 4-5 mins per side until desired doneness.
- Place a slice of cheddar on each patty and cover to melt.
- Toast keto buns lightly in a separate pan.
- Spread mayonnaise and mustard on buns.
- Assemble burgers with lettuce, patties, and pickles.
- Serve immediately while hot and cheesy.
