- In a mixing bowl combine ground pork, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, sage, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes.
- Mix gently until spices are evenly distributed.
- Divide the mixture and form small round patties.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Place patties in the skillet and cook for 4–5 minutes per side.
- Cook until golden brown and fully cooked through.
- Remove from skillet and let rest briefly before serving.
Notes
You can prepare patties ahead and store them in the fridge overnight.
Freeze uncooked patties for longer storage.
Serve with eggs, avocado, or keto pancakes.
