Method
- Divide ground beef into small balls and season lightly with salt and pepper.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high until hot.
- Place a tortilla in the skillet, add a beef ball on top, and smash thinly with a spatula.
- Sprinkle with garlic powder and cook 2–3 minutes until crispy.
- Flip tortilla so beef side faces up and cook another 1–2 minutes.
- Add cheese and allow it to melt.
- Remove from pan, top with lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, onion, and burger sauce.
- Fold like a taco and serve immediately.
