Ingredients
  

  • 2 ripe avocados
  • ½ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • ¼ cup powdered erythritol or preferred keto sweetener
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt
  • ¼ cup heavy cream or coconut cream
  • Optional toppings: sugar-free chocolate chips berries, nuts, whipped cream

Method
 

  1. Scoop avocado flesh into a blender or food processor.
  2. Add cocoa powder, sweetener, vanilla, and pinch of salt.
  3. Blend until smooth and creamy, scraping sides as needed.
  4. Add heavy cream or coconut cream and blend again until fully combined.
  5. Taste and adjust sweetness if needed.
  6. Transfer to serving bowls or ramekins.
  7. Chill for 30–60 minutes to set and intensify flavor.
  8. Garnish with optional toppings and serve.
