Ingredients
  

  • 2 large eggs ≈100g
  • 2 slices of bacon ≈50g
  • ½ avocado sliced (≈75g)
  • ¼ cup shredded cheese ≈28g
  • 1 tsp olive oil or butter ≈5g
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • Optional: hot sauce fresh herbs, or paprika for flavor

Method
 

  1. Cook the bacon until crispy, then drain on paper towels.
  2. Heat olive oil or butter in a pan over medium heat.
  3. Whisk eggs with salt and pepper, then pour into the pan.
  4. Scramble or fry eggs to your preferred consistency.
  5. Sprinkle cheese over eggs and let melt.
  6. Plate eggs, add bacon and avocado slices, and garnish with optional toppings.
  7. Serve immediately while warm.
