Ingredients
  

  • 1 large head cauliflower cut into bite-sized florets
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 ½ cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 oz cream cheese softened
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • ¼ tsp paprika optional for garnish

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Steam or boil cauliflower florets for 5–7 minutes until just fork-tender, then drain thoroughly.
  3. In a saucepan over medium heat melt butter and add heavy cream.
  4. Stir in cream cheese until fully melted and smooth.
  5. Add cheddar and mozzarella cheese gradually while stirring until sauce thickens.
  6. Season with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
  7. Combine drained cauliflower with cheese sauce and mix well.
  8. Transfer mixture to a baking dish and spread evenly.
  9. Bake for 15–18 minutes until bubbly and lightly golden.
  10. Sprinkle paprika on top before serving if desired.
