- Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Taste and adjust seasoning, adding more salt, pepper, or butter if desired.
- Garnish with chopped chives before serving.
Notes
For extra creaminess, add a bit more heavy cream or butter; garlic can be roasted for a milder flavor.
