Ingredients
  

  • 2 boneless chicken breasts
  • 2 tbsp olive oil or butter
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • 1/2 tsp chili flakes optional
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Method
 

  1. Pat chicken dry and season both sides with salt, pepper, and paprika.
  2. Heat olive oil or butter in a skillet over medium heat until hot.
  3. Cook chicken 5–6 minutes per side until golden and cooked through; remove and set aside.
  4. Sauté minced garlic in the same pan for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  5. Pour in heavy cream, add parmesan, and simmer until slightly thickened.
  6. Add broccoli florets and cook 3–4 minutes until tender-crisp.
  7. Return chicken to pan, spoon sauce over it, and simmer 2 more minutes.
  8. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.

Notes

  • Use full-fat cream for best results.
  • Don’t overcrowd the pan; cook in batches if needed.
  • Adjust seasoning at the end for richer flavour.
  • Can substitute chicken with salmon or shrimp.
  • Serve with cauliflower rice or zucchini noodles for a complete meal.
