Ingredients
  

  • 1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 2 tbsp cream cheese
  • 2 large eggs
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tbsp butter melted
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley chopped

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, mix mozzarella, almond flour, cream cheese, and eggs until a dough forms.
  3. Shape dough into a rectangular loaf on the prepared tray.
  4. In a small bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  5. Brush garlic butter evenly over the dough.
  6. Bake for 12–15 minutes until golden and crispy.
  7. Sprinkle chopped parsley and extra cheese if desired, then serve warm.

Notes

For extra crispiness, broil for 1–2 minutes at the end and serve immediately for best texture.
