Ingredients
  

  • 100 g crushed biscuits or cookies
  • 240 ml whipped cream
  • 120 ml condensed milk
  • 15 g cocoa powder
  • 5 ml vanilla essence
  • 90 g chopped chocolate or chocolate chips
  • Fresh fruit slices optional
  • Nuts or sprinkles optional

Method
 

  1. Place crushed biscuits into a large mixing bowl.
  2. In another bowl, mix whipped cream and condensed milk gently.
  3. Add cocoa powder and vanilla essence to the cream mixture, stir until smooth.
  4. Fold biscuit crumbs into the cream mixture carefully.
  5. Add chopped chocolate and mix evenly.
  6. Transfer mixture into serving glasses or a dish, level the surface lightly.
  7. Chill in the fridge for 10–15 minutes.
  8. Top with fruit slices, nuts, or sprinkles before serving.

Notes

  • se cold whipped cream for best texture.
  • Taste the mixture before chilling to adjust sweetness.
