- In a bowl, mix the Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
- Wash the berries and slice the strawberries if needed.
- Spoon a layer of yogurt into a glass, jar, or dessert bowl.
- Add a layer of strawberries and blueberries over the yogurt.
- Sprinkle a small layer of granola on top of the fruit.
- Repeat the layers of yogurt, fruit, and granola until the glass is filled.
- Sprinkle chia seeds over the top layer for extra texture and nutrition.
- Garnish with fresh mint leaves if desired and serve immediately or chill for 15–20 minutes.
Notes
Use plain Greek yogurt so you can control the sweetness of the dessert.
Add granola just before serving to keep it crunchy.
Use ripe, fresh berries for the best flavour and natural sweetness.
