Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh mango puree or diced mangoes
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup optional
  • Granola chopped nuts, or fresh fruit for topping (optional)

Method
 

  1. Mix yogurt with honey or maple syrup if using.
  2. Layer yogurt and mango puree or diced mangoes in serving cups.
  3. Repeat layers until cups are filled.
  4. Top with granola, chopped nuts, or extra mango pieces if desired.
  5. Chill for 10–15 minutes before serving for a refreshing treat.

Notes

Use ripe, sweet mangoes for best flavor.
Greek yogurt gives creaminess; regular yogurt works too.
