Ingredients
  

  • 4 boneless chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley optional

Method
 

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, maple syrup, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Place chicken breasts in the marinade and coat evenly.
  4. Let the chicken marinate for at least 10 minutes.
  5. Place chicken on the hot grill and cook for 6–7 minutes per side.
  6. Brush with extra marinade while grilling for more flavor.
  7. Cook until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
  8. Remove from grill, garnish with chopped parsley, and serve warm.

Notes

Marinate the chicken longer for deeper flavor.
Chicken thighs can be used instead of breasts.
Avoid overcooking to keep the chicken juicy.
Serve with grilled vegetables, rice, or salad.
Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
