- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- In a large bowl, mix cottage cheese, sour cream, cream of chicken soup, cream cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until combined.
- Fold in shredded chicken and cheddar cheese until evenly mixed.
- Spread the mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish.
- Combine crushed crackers with melted butter in a small bowl.
- Sprinkle the buttery cracker mixture evenly over the casserole.
- Bake for 35–40 minutes until hot, bubbly, and golden on top.
- Let the casserole rest for 5–10 minutes before serving
Notes
Use rotisserie chicken for faster preparation and extra flavour.

Add cooked bacon or vegetables for extra variation if desired.
