Method
- Mix crushed cookies with melted butter and press firmly into a 9x13-inch dish
- chill 15 minutes
- beat cream cheese, powdered sugar
- and vanilla until smooth; fold in whipped topping
- spread evenly over chilled crust sealing edges
- spoon blueberry filling over cream layer
- top with fresh blueberries if using
- refrigerate at least 4 hours until fully set
- slice and serve chilled.
Notes
Make sure cream cheese is fully softened for a smooth filling; seal the cream layer to prevent blueberry seepage; chill overnight for clean slices; store covered in refrigerator up to 3 days; use homemade blueberry topping for fresher flavor.
