Ingredients
  

  • 200 g digestive biscuits or graham crackers crushed
  • 120 g unsalted butter melted
  • 240 ml heavy whipping cream
  • 300 g cream cheese softened
  • 397 g sweetened condensed milk 1 can
  • 5 ml vanilla extract 1 tsp
  • 90 g chocolate chips optional
  • 100 g fresh fruits or mixed nuts for topping

Method
 

  1. Mix crushed biscuits with melted butter until evenly combined.
  2. Press the mixture firmly into a pan to form an even base layer.
  3. Beat softened cream cheese in a bowl until smooth and creamy.
  4. Add condensed milk and vanilla extract, then mix until fully combined.
  5. Whip heavy cream separately until soft peaks form.
  6. Gently fold whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
  7. Fold in chocolate chips or optional add-ins if desired.
  8. Spread the filling evenly over the prepared biscuit base.
  9. Smooth the top and cover the dish.
  10. Refrigerate for at least 4–6 hours or until fully set.
  11. Slice, garnish with fruits or nuts, and serve chilled.

  • Use full-fat cream cheese for the creamiest texture.
  • Chill overnight for cleaner slices and better flavor.
  • Do not overmix after adding whipped cream to keep the dessert light.
