Ingredients

  • 300 g Oreo cookies about 2 packs
  • 480 ml heavy whipping cream 2 cups
  • 125 g Nutella ½ cup
  • 25 g powdered sugar 3 tbsp
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Extra crushed Oreos for topping
  • Optional: Chocolate chips or chocolate drizzle for garnish

Method

  1. Chill a large mixing bowl and beaters in the fridge for 10 minutes.
  2. Pour cold heavy cream into the chilled bowl, add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, and whip until soft peaks form.
  3. Gently fold Nutella into half of the whipped cream to create Nutella cream.
  4. Spread a thin layer of plain whipped cream on the bottom of your dish.
  5. Arrange a single layer of Oreo cookies on top of the cream.
  6. Spread a layer of Nutella cream evenly over the cookies.
  7. Repeat alternating layers of Oreos, plain whipped cream, and Nutella cream until ingredients are used, finishing with a thick cream layer.
  8. Sprinkle crushed Oreos and drizzle chocolate on top for decoration.
  9. Cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 6 hours or overnight until the cookies soften.
  10. Slice and serve chilled.

Notes

Use cold cream for better whipping; allow sufficient chill time for perfect texture; feel free to customize with different cookie flavours or add-ins like peanut butter or coffee.
