Method
- Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, paprika, and Italian seasoning.
- Heat olive oil and 1 tablespoon butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Sear chicken on both sides until golden brown and cooked through, then remove from pan.
- In the same pan melt remaining butter and sauté garlic until fragrant.
- Pour in chicken broth and simmer for 3–4 minutes to reduce slightly.
- Stir in heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, and lemon juice and cook until sauce thickens.
- Return chicken to the pan and spoon sauce over the top.
- Simmer for 5 minutes until flavors blend beautifully.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.
