Ingredients
  

  • 20 –25 large strawberries washed and hulled
  • 4 oz cream cheese softened
  • ¼ cup powdered sugar
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 6 –8 Oreo cookies crushed
  • Optional: melted chocolate for drizzling
  • Optional: extra Oreo crumbs or sprinkles for garnish

Method
 

  1. Slice a small layer off the strawberry bottoms to sit flat, then hollow out centers.
  2. Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth and creamy.
  3. Fold in crushed Oreos gently into the cheesecake mixture.
  4. Spoon the filling into each hollowed strawberry; overfill slightly if desired.
  5. Optional: melt chocolate and drizzle over stuffed strawberries.
  6. Chill in the fridge at least 30 minutes to set.
  7. Garnish with extra Oreo crumbs or sprinkles and serve.

Notes

  • Use firm strawberries to avoid collapse.
  • Chill before serving for best texture.
  • Can swap Oreos with other cookies if preferred.
  • Store in fridge up to 2 days; eat fresh for optimal taste.
  • Optional chocolate drizzle adds flair but isn’t required.
