- Slice a small layer off the strawberry bottoms to sit flat, then hollow out centers.
- Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth and creamy.
- Fold in crushed Oreos gently into the cheesecake mixture.
- Spoon the filling into each hollowed strawberry; overfill slightly if desired.
- Optional: melt chocolate and drizzle over stuffed strawberries.
- Chill in the fridge at least 30 minutes to set.
- Garnish with extra Oreo crumbs or sprinkles and serve.
