Ingredients
  

  • 12 Oreo cookies
  • 1 sheet refrigerated crescent roll dough
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • Oil for frying vegetable or canola
  • Optional: chocolate sauce for dipping
  • Optional: powdered sugar for garnish

Method
 

  1. Preheat oil in a deep pan to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Unroll crescent dough and pinch seams together to form rectangles.
  3. Wrap each Oreo completely in dough and seal edges tightly.
  4. Fry in batches for 2–3 minutes until golden brown.
  5. Remove and drain on paper towels.
  6. Mix cinnamon and sugar in a bowl and roll warm bites until fully coated.
  7. Serve warm with optional chocolate drizzle or powdered sugar.

Notes

Seal the dough tightly to prevent leaks while frying.
Do not overcrowd the pan to ensure even crisping.
For a lighter version, bake at 375°F for 10–12 minutes.
Best served fresh and warm for maximum gooey center.
