Method
- Preheat oil in a deep pan to 350°F (175°C).
- Unroll crescent dough and pinch seams together to form rectangles.
- Wrap each Oreo completely in dough and seal edges tightly.
- Fry in batches for 2–3 minutes until golden brown.
- Remove and drain on paper towels.
- Mix cinnamon and sugar in a bowl and roll warm bites until fully coated.
- Serve warm with optional chocolate drizzle or powdered sugar.
Notes
Seal the dough tightly to prevent leaks while frying.
Do not overcrowd the pan to ensure even crisping.
For a lighter version, bake at 375°F for 10–12 minutes.
