  • 24 Oreo cookies crushed
  • 200 g cream cheese softened
  • 240 ml heavy cream cold
  • 60 g powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 60 g butter melted
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 2 tablespoons chocolate syrup or chocolate chips for topping

Method
 

  1. Crush Oreo cookies into fine crumbs with small chunks remaining for texture.
  2. Mix crushed Oreos with melted butter and press firmly into a serving dish to form the base.
  3. Beat cream cheese until smooth and lump free.
  4. Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, then mix until creamy.
  5. Whip cold heavy cream until soft peaks form.
  6. Fold whipped cream gently into the cream cheese mixture until combined.
  7. Spread the cream filling evenly over the Oreo crust.
  8. Add crushed Oreos or chocolate syrup as topping.
  9. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours until firm and set.

Notes

Use cold heavy cream for better whipping results.
Press the crust firmly to prevent crumbling while serving.
Chilling overnight improves flavor and texture.
Store covered in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
