Method
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
- Crush Oreo cookies into fine crumbs using a food processor or rolling method.
- Mix Oreo crumbs, cream cheese, egg, flour, baking powder, and vanilla extract until a soft dough forms.
- Scoop 1 tablespoon dough, flatten slightly, and place ½ teaspoon Nutella in the centre.
- Seal the dough around the filling and roll into a smooth ball.
- Place balls on the prepared tray and add chocolate chips on top if desired.
- Bake for 10–12 minutes until the outside is set but the inside remains soft.
- Cool for 5 minutes, dust with powdered sugar, and serve warm for a gooey lava centre.

Use room-temperature cream cheese for smooth mixing.
