Ingredients
  

  • 2 ripe bananas
  • ½ cup creamy peanut butter
  • ¼ cup chocolate chips optional
  • 1 tablespoon honey optional
  • 2 tablespoons chopped nuts or shredded coconut optional

Method
 

  1. Peel bananas and slice them into even rounds.
  2. Spread a small amount of peanut butter on top of half the banana slices.
  3. Place another banana slice on top to make small sandwiches.
  4. Drizzle melted chocolate over the bites if desired.
  5. Sprinkle chopped nuts or shredded coconut on top.
  6. Serve immediately or chill for 10–15 minutes before serving.

Notes

Use ripe bananas for natural sweetness.
Natural peanut butter works well but may be slightly softer.
Freeze the bites for 20 minutes for a firmer snack.
Add granola for extra crunch.
Best enjoyed fresh but can be refrigerated for up to 1 day.
