Ingredients
Method
- Cook fettuccine according to package instructions until al dente; drain and set aside.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Season chicken with salt and pepper, then cook until golden and fully cooked; remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant.
- Pour in heavy cream and simmer for 3–4 minutes until slightly thickened.
- Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
- Add Italian seasoning and adjust salt and pepper to taste.
- Return cooked chicken to the skillet and coat with sauce.
- Toss cooked pasta into the sauce until evenly coated.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve warm.
