Method
- Whisk eggs with salt, pepper, and heavy cream if using.
- Heat butter in a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
- Pour in eggs and cook 1–2 minutes until edges begin to set.
- Sprinkle spinach and cheddar over half the omelette.
- Fold the omelette in half and cook another 1–2 minutes until cheese melts.
- Slide onto a plate and serve warm.
